17-Sep-2023		Service rating : The item I purchased did not look anything like the photo on the website . I queried the photo before I purchased due to the printing of the paw print and name . When I received the item the printing was so faint I could hardly see it .Their response was because I had not stated a thickness they could only offer a new product but I would have to pay again. No where on the website does it state a thickness of engraving which is what I queried at the start. My cats name tags are better engraved than what I have on the charm I bought from button and bean. The image of the item that is on their website is definitely not what I received and their customer service is very poor and unhelpful . I would not buy anything from them again as this purchase was the paw print of our dog that we had just lost after 17 years and I wanted it as a reminder to wear on my Pandora bracelet at all times . Product : Item received does not look like what is on the website and the engraving is so faint it can hardly be seen . You have to go out into full daylight to make out what has been engraved.
